Where a parent or guardian arranges tutoring for a student, requests about student data should normally come from the responsible parent or guardian. We will consider the student's age, maturity, applicable law, and safeguarding context when handling requests.

5. Processors and Proftor

We may use processors for hosting, email, scheduling, invoicing, and learning technology. Where Proftor technology supports tutoring, relevant learning and progress data may be processed to provide active recall, visibility, and continuity. Processor access is limited to what is needed to provide the service.

6. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, please contact us first. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. In Hungary, the supervisory authority is the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH).
